What is Berry?

Berry is a Burmese-first cloud business and POS application for Myanmar businesses that sell physical goods. Record sales, stock and customer information with structured Berry tools. Use Luna to ask questions about saved records, compare information and discuss your business.

Berry keeps the saved business record. Luna is your business assistant for questions, explanations, practical suggestions and help; she never prepares or changes business records. Berry supports English and Burmese, with first-class Burmese usability.

Berry at a Glance

Berry Myanmar (Berry) is a Burmese-first cloud business and POS application for Myanmar businesses that sell physical goods. berrymm.com is its official website. Its interface supports English and Burmese. Berry connects sales, stock movements, returns, corrections and customer activity as business records, with History, reports and supported Excel exports.

Luna is Berry’s built-in business assistant for natural English, Burmese and mixed-language discussion. She answers questions about authorized saved records, compares information, explains results, offers suggestions, teaches Berry’s tools and navigates to the relevant screen.

Actual sales, stock changes, customer changes, corrections, returns and other business-record changes are completed through Berry’s structured business forms. Luna does not create or change business records from conversation.

Getting Started

Choose Try Berry Free to register through the supported account flow. Normal email registration requires email confirmation; sign in to your business workspace after confirmation. An eligible new account can use the 14-Day Free Trial. Follow any account-specific instructions Berry displays.

Add products with their units and opening stock. Add customers where useful, then record your first sale through New Sale. Review the entered information before saving. The first-use guide can be skipped; it does not create sample business records.

Find your way around

On mobile use Home / Sell / Stock / Luna / More. Stock opens Inventory and Products; More contains Customers, History, Reports, Export, Plans, Account, Settings and Help. Desktop has a labelled sidebar. Back returns to the immediate parent; Close exits to the owning section. If you have unsaved changes, choose Keep Working or Discard carefully.

Home

Home shows today’s net sales, sale receipt count, active product count, active customer count and recent activity where available. A receipt count counts sales, rather than each product line in a sale.

Use New Sale, Stock In, Add Product, Add Customer or Adjust Stock for the relevant task. Open History or Reports to inspect saved activity. An unavailable reading does not mean sales, stock or profit are zero.

Products

Home → Add Product or Stock → Products → Add Product opens the product form. Enter Name, Unit, Opening Stock and Transaction Date. Category, Cost, Default Selling Price, Low Stock Level and Notes are optional; Notes are under More Details. Blank cost or price means unknown, not zero.

Review the entry and save. Search, filter and sort Products, open Details, edit supported metadata or use Stock Actions. Archive is available only where eligible and preserves saved history. Creating an existing duplicate product is not a Stock In.

Product Details and Edit

Product Details shows identity, recorded stock and related activity. Edit changes supported metadata; current quantity and unit are read-only context. Use Stock Actions for stock changes. Edit does not reset opening stock, change units or correct costs. Missing saved values remain Unknown.

Categories

Products → Manage Categories supports Add, Rename, Search, state filters, sorting, View Products and Archive. Use an active category from your workspace for a new product assignment.

Renaming keeps the category linked to its products. Archiving does not erase linked historical meaning or create a replacement category. In pasted product rows, an unknown or archived category must be corrected; Berry does not automatically create one.

Starter Product Categories are examples to help you begin: Food, Beverages, Snacks, Household, Personal Care, Health & Beauty, Clothing & Accessories, Electronics, Stationery, Other. Businesses can rename or archive these categories and add their own. Products are not automatically assigned to them.

Add multiple products

Products → Add Multiple Products → Fill Form or Paste Table → Validate → Review → Save All. Use the displayed nine-column tab-separated template: Name, Unit, Opening Stock, Cost, Selling Price, Category, Date, Low Stock Level, Notes. Use 1–25 rows. Blank lines are ignored; incomplete rows with content still need fixing. Optional blank numbers stay unknown; explicit zero stays zero. Blank Date inherits the displayed Yangon opening date; an explicit row date stays separate when that shared date changes. Category must resolve to an existing active category. Save All saves the whole validated batch together or none. There is no CSV/XLSX file upload.

Active and archived products

Use active/archived visibility to find the right product. Archive removes it from normal new-entry choices while preserving saved history. A supported return can restore stock for an archived product according to the saved return effect. Check the actual Details and eligibility shown; archiving is not deletion of history.

Inventory and Stock

Inventory shows Product, Category, Current Stock, Unit, Stock Status and Known Stock Value where supported. Status can be In Stock, Out of Stock or Low Stock. Low Stock has meaning only when the product has a Low Stock Level.

Known Stock Value covers stock with known cost; missing cost remains unknown. Open a product’s Stock Actions for Stock In, Stock Out or Adjust Stock. Current stock is not overwritten through product metadata Edit.

Stock In

Inventory → product → Stock Actions → Stock In adds stock without recording a sale. Enter quantity, transaction date and cost per unit if known. Review shows the stock effect and any supplied cost basis. Blank cost is not zero. Confirm the reviewed form to save the movement; Berry owns the stock and cost calculation.

Stock Out

Use Stock Out for a supported non-sale stock reduction. Enter quantity, date and the required reason. Check the unit and remaining stock in Review before confirming. Use New Sale when recording a customer sale; stock out alone does not create sale revenue.

Adjust Stock

Adjust Stock records the difference between recorded stock and the actual quantity you enter. Supply the transaction date and required reason, then review the signed difference and resulting quantity. It is a saved business movement, not a way to erase the earlier history.

Customers

Home → Add Customer or Customers → Add Customer opens the form. Name is required. Phone, Email, Location / Address and Notes are optional; Notes can contain up to 2,000 characters. A customer’s contact email does not become their Berry sign-in identity.

Search Customers, open Details, edit supported fields and inspect related History or sales/return activity. Eligible Archive keeps saved history. Customer Group / Type is not currently included.

New Sale

Open New Sale from Home or Sell on mobile. Search products or filter by category, then add 1–50 distinct products. Enter each quantity and selling price; edit or remove draft lines before saving. Select an optional customer or use Walk-in. One transaction date applies to the whole sale.

Payment Method is optional: Cash, KBZPay, WavePay, Bank Transfer or Other. It records your declaration and is not proof that money was received. Berry does not collect payment through this field.

Review the products, quantities, units, prices, customer, date, payment method, totals and stock changes. Save creates one grouped receipt and applies all sale lines together. A failed validation does not silently save only some lines.

Receipts and saved identity

A confirmed sale produces one grouped receipt with its saved identity and line details. Open it from History to inspect the original sale and supported later activity. A visible receipt is evidence of the confirmed result; a loading state or lost network response is not proof of failure. Keep the current operation until its result is known.

History

History includes Sales, Sales Returns, Stock In, Stock Out, Stock Adjustments, Corrections and Voided sales. Search and filter by the supported type, state and date, then open the saved record’s Details.

A grouped sale remains one receipt with each original line identifiable. Corrections and reversals keep an audit trail; ordinary corrections, returns and voids do not silently delete the original business history. Reset Business Data is a separate permanent removal workflow.

Correcting a Sale

History → supported record → Edit / Correct Record provides eligible quantity, selling-price or transaction-date corrections. Not every record supports every correction.

Enter the correction and required reason, review the amount and stock changes, then save. Berry checks related records and the current state again before saving. The original record and correction remain auditable.

Sales Return and Return Transaction Date

Open the eligible receipt in History and choose Sales Return. Select the lines and quantities to return, within the remaining returnable quantities, and enter a reason. Return Transaction Date is required, defaults to today in Asia/Yangon and can be edited before review. One date applies to all selected return lines; Berry saves the selected return set together. Review shows the original receipt, quantities/units, original-price return amount, restored stock, return date and reason. The original sale date stays unchanged; History and Reports place the return on its own return date. Separate partial returns may have different dates.

Void Sale

History → eligible receipt → Void Sale reverses the active sale and related stock effects for the whole receipt. A reason and review are required. It is not a partial line deletion.

Dependent active returns can block Void Sale. Berry checks eligibility again before saving. The receipt and audit history remain; the sale is not physically deleted.

Business dates and unknown values

Default business dates use Asia/Yangon, not your browser timezone. Explicit valid transaction dates win. A saved business date is separate from the time the record was created. Unknown means required information is missing or unavailable; it is not numeric zero. Zero is shown only when the scoped data proves it.

Reports

Reports covers Sales, Inventory, selected-product Stock Movements and Customer activity/summaries. Select the supported scope and date range. Sales can show gross sales, returns, net sales, receipt counts, product performance, known-cost gross profit and unknown-cost coverage. Returns follow their own transaction dates.

Known-cost gross profit is the sales-minus-cost subtotal for activity with known cost, not total accounting profit or net business profit. It does not include all expenses or taxes. Missing cost remains unknown; inspect the coverage before interpreting profit.

Inventory can show supported counts, known stock value and low stock. Stock Movements follows one selected product’s movements; Customer summaries show supported sales and returns. An unavailable report is not a zero result.

Excel Export

Use Reports / Export for supported XLSX exports of Sales / receipts, Inventory, Stock Movements and Customers. Check the chosen filters and date range before exporting. Unknown values remain blank rather than zero.

Export creates a copy without changing saved records. “Export created; download started” means the file was generated and download began, not device saving, completion or opening. Keep downloaded business information appropriately protected.

Global Find

Find searches supported Products, Customers and saved Records / History. Enter a query, review the results and open the matching record or screen. Use the available filters to narrow the results.

Find only reads and navigates. It does not change data, create a missing product/customer or start a transaction automatically.

Luna

Luna is Berry’s business assistant. Talk naturally in English, Burmese or a mix. Luna can answer questions about saved Berry records you are authorized to access, explain sales and stock, compare periods, discuss product activity, offer practical suggestions, teach Berry and open supported screens.

Luna uses saved Berry data for business facts. Unknown or unavailable information should remain unknown. Check important answers. Suggestions are advice, not proof of demand or a guaranteed business outcome.

Plans and Pricing

The offers below show current prices and included Berry Tokens. All plans include Unlimited Product Records, Unlimited Sales & Stock Entries, Unlimited Customer Records, Unlimited Excel Exports, and Reports & History Included. Luna usage is separate.

Unlimited means no overall usage-count quota for those record/export categories while authorized access is active. Normal validation and per-operation limits still apply. Paid plans and packs activate after payment approval; eligible new accounts can start the free trial without payment.

Current public offers

Purchases and token lifecycle

Choose a plan or pack in Plans & Berry Tokens and follow the displayed manual payment instructions. Submit proof; activation occurs only after approval. Buying during trial starts the full paid term at approval and replaces unused trial time/tokens. During active paid access the new plan activates immediately, adds its term after current expiry and replaces included tokens rather than adding leftovers. Monthly plan tokens do not roll over. The full yearly Token allowance is available together at approval; it is not released monthly. Included plan Tokens are used before purchased extras. Purchased packs do not extend access: they are usable during active access and freeze at expiry for a 30-day recovery window. A pack approved during inactive access has its own 30-day window and does not extend older frozen credits. Gift tokens expire with access; renewal before expiry preserves them. A complimentary Basic month replaces expiry and included allowance from the grant date. Check your granted balance; later catalog changes do not retroactively reduce it.

Account, settings and notifications

Account contains your profile and password tools. Settings controls EN/MM interface labels, appearance, install help, About Luna and Terms. Interface language is separate from Luna’s reply language. Notifications belong to the signed-in account and their read state is retained across sign-in. Keep login details out of chats and sign out on shared devices.

Reset Business Data

Account → Danger Zone → Reset Business Data is owner-initiated and permanent, with no Undo. It removes the current workspace’s products/categories, customers, sales/receipts/returns, stock movements/adjustments, corrections/voids and ordinary business History/report source records, including active and archived products/customers, inventory and cost history, and first-use setup. Confirm with your current password and exact current Business Name. Reset may be blocked while a business save is active or its result is unresolved; resolve that save first.

What Reset keeps

Reset keeps the same account and workspace, Display Name, Business Name, plan/access, Berry Tokens and their lifecycle, payment/commercial records, Support, account/service notices, security records and applicable Founder authorization. It does not create a new account.

After confirmation, Business Luna starts a fresh current business context. Earlier Business conversation context becomes inactive; this is not a guarantee of deletion from every device. Founder Control and Personal histories remain. Reset is not account deletion.

Support

Sign in, then open Help → Support → Open Support Ticket for help about Berry. Use My Tickets to read replies and reply or close according to the ticket’s status. Review the information you share and keep passwords and secrets out of tickets.

Support Tickets about Berry are free and are separate from Business Luna usage. Reading the Official Guide does not spend Berry Tokens. Use Luna for business discussion and Help / Support for Berry assistance.

What Luna Does Not Do

Luna does not create, edit, delete, archive, return or void business records, or adjust stock. She does not prepare executable transactions, prefill a transaction from conversation, hold a pending business change or provide confirmation that conversation saved a record. Use the relevant Berry form to make an actual change.

For example, “I sold 3 Coffee at 5,000 each” does not record a sale. Luna may explain the workflow or offer Open New Sale. You select the products, enter the actual sale details, review and save through Berry’s New Sale form.

English and Burmese

Berry supports English and Burmese. Change the interface language with the EN / MM control. This changes screen labels, separately from the language of your Luna conversation.

Luna responds according to the language of the conversation. You can write in English, Burmese or a mix. Burmese-first means first-class Burmese usability, while English remains available.

Cloud Records and Saving

Berry is cloud-based and depends on an internet connection and service availability. An edited form is not yet a saved record. Read the state shown by Berry: Not saved, Saving, Saved to Berry, Saved but view could not refresh, Save not confirmed or Offline.

If the save is confirmed but the view could not refresh, refresh the view rather than save the transaction again. If Berry cannot confirm whether a save completed, it checks or retries the same operation rather than assuming failure and creating a duplicate. Use the provided checking/retry controls and resolve the outcome before starting a replacement entry.

Reconnect when offline. Berry does not provide an offline transaction queue. A failed or unavailable read does not prove that your business records are empty or zero.

Updates and Restart

Berry may display “A new Berry update is ready.” Choose Update Berry when you are ready to load the current available build. Berry does not force an automatic refresh when an update is detected.

Restart helps recover the presentation of your currently loaded release and returns to Home. Applicable session, account information and saved server records remain. Update and Restart use safety checks for unsaved work, active or uncertain saves and offline state; follow the message shown before continuing.

Berry Tokens

Berry Tokens are the usage allowance for metered Business Luna AI work. Useful delivered Business Luna answers and clarification replies are metered. A balance does not promise a fixed number of chats.

Berry Tokens do not count Sales, Products, Customers, Stock entries or Excel exports. Ordinary Berry forms, saved-record reads, reports, navigation and exports without billable AI work do not spend Berry Tokens. Support about Berry is separate and free.

Token depletion does not itself remove ordinary Berry features while authorized access remains active. Extra Berry Tokens add usage allowance, not access time. Plans and purchased extras have separate expiry rules; read Purchases and token lifecycle below.

Current Product Boundaries

Berry focuses on sales, physical-goods stock and customer records. It does not provide full accounting or general-ledger software, payroll, a supplier / purchase-order suite, customer debt / credit accounting, a barcode hardware ecosystem or multi-store ERP.

Loyalty programs, automatic marketing messaging, Customer Group / Type, Product SKU / structured variants and general CSV/XLSX file import are not currently included. Reviewed Paste Table entry is not arbitrary file import. Berry does not provide an offline transaction queue or direct Luna business-record changes.

Using Berry on a Phone

Use Berry in a supported mobile browser. On supported phones, you may also add Berry to the Home Screen and open it as a web app. Use your browser’s Share, Install or Add to Home Screen option where available.

Browser and operating-system behavior can vary by device and software version. Home-screen installation does not provide an offline transaction queue. Keep an internet connection for cloud operations.

Privacy and Business Context

Your business records belong to your Berry workspace. Authorized Berry and Luna functions may use the business context needed to provide the requested feature or answer. This is not a claim that no external processing occurs or that all information stays only on your device.

Share only information you are authorized to use. Keep passwords and secrets out of Luna and Support, protect sign-in details and sign out on shared devices. Review the Terms for product responsibilities and current limitations; these descriptions do not promise absolute security.

Home တွင် ယနေ့အသားတင်အရောင်း၊ အရောင်းပြေစာအရေအတွက်၊ လက်ရှိအသုံးပြုနေသော ပစ္စည်းနှင့် customer အရေအတွက်၊ နောက်ဆုံးလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ရရှိနိုင်သည့်အတိုင်း ပြပါသည်။ ပြေစာအရေအတွက်သည် အရောင်းထဲရှိ ပစ္စည်းတစ်ကြောင်းချင်းကို ရေတွက်ခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။

လိုအပ်သည့်အလုပ်အတွက် New Sale၊ Stock In၊ Add Product၊ Add Customer သို့မဟုတ် Adjust Stock ကို သုံးပါ။ သိမ်းထားသောလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို History သို့မဟုတ် Reports မှ ကြည့်နိုင်ပါသည်။ စာရင်းဖတ်မရခြင်းသည် အရောင်း၊ လက်ကျန် သို့မဟုတ် အမြတ် သုညဖြစ်ကြောင်း မဆိုလိုပါ။

ပစ္စည်းများ

Products → Add Product တွင် အမည်၊ ယူနစ်၊ စတင်လက်ကျန်နဲ့ ရက်စွဲ ဖြည့်ပါ။ Category၊ Cost၊ Selling Price နဲ့ Low Stock Level ကို မဖြည့်လည်းရပြီး Notes က More Details အောက်မှာရှိပါတယ်။ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်နဲ့ ရောင်းဈေး အလွတ်ထားတာ သုညမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အရေအတွက်၊ ယူနစ်၊ ရက်စွဲနဲ့ ငွေပမာဏကို ပြန်စစ်ပြီး Save နှိပ်ပါ။ သိမ်းပြီးရင် ပစ္စည်းအသစ်ကို ထင်ရှားစွာပြပြီး View Product မှ ဖွင့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ထပ်နေတဲ့ပစ္စည်းထည့်ခြင်းက Stock In မဖြစ်ပါဘူး။ Products တွင် ရှာဖွေ၊ စစ်ထုတ်၊ စီပြီး Details ကြည့်၊ ခွင့်ပြုထားသောအချက်ပြင်၊ Stock Actions သုံး သို့မဟုတ် လုပ်ဆောင်ခွင့်ရှိပါက Archive လုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

ပစ္စည်းအသေးစိတ်နဲ့ အချက်အလက်ပြင်မယ်

Product Details မှ ပစ္စည်းအချက်အလက်၊ လက်ကျန်နဲ့ ဆက်စပ်မှတ်တမ်းကို ကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ Edit မှ ခွင့်ပြုထားတဲ့အချက်အလက်ကိုသာ ပြင်နိုင်ပြီး လက်ရှိအရေအတွက်နဲ့ ယူနစ်က ကြည့်ရန်သာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လက်ကျန်ပြောင်းဖို့ Stock Actions ကို သုံးပါ။ Edit မှ စတင်လက်ကျန်ပြန်သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း၊ ယူနစ်ပြောင်းခြင်းနဲ့ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်ပြင်ခြင်း မလုပ်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ မသိတဲ့တန်ဖိုးကို Unknown အဖြစ်ပြပါတယ်။

အမျိုးအစားစီမံမယ်

Products → Manage Categories တွင် Add၊ Rename၊ Search၊ အခြေအနေစစ်ထုတ်ခြင်း၊ စီခြင်း၊ View Products နှင့် Archive ကို သုံးနိုင်ပါသည်။ ပစ္စည်းအသစ်အတွက် မိမိလုပ်ငန်းထဲရှိ active category ကို ရွေးပါ။

အမည်ပြောင်းလျှင် ဆက်စပ်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်မှု ဆက်ရှိပါသည်။ Archive လုပ်ခြင်းက မှတ်တမ်းဟောင်း၏ category အဓိပ္ပာယ်ကို မဖျက်သလို အစားထိုး category ကိုလည်း မဖန်တီးပါ။ Paste လုပ်ထားသောအတန်းတွင် မရှိသော သို့မဟုတ် archive ဖြစ်သော category ပါလျှင် ပြင်ရပါမည်။ Berry က အလိုအလျောက် အသစ်မဖန်တီးပါ။

စတင်အသုံးပြုရန် နမူနာ Product Categories များမှာ Food၊ Beverages၊ Snacks၊ Household၊ Personal Care၊ Health & Beauty၊ Clothing & Accessories၊ Electronics၊ Stationery နှင့် Other တို့ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မိမိလုပ်ငန်းအလိုက် အမည်ပြောင်း၊ Archive လုပ်ပြီး ကိုယ်ပိုင် category များ ထပ်ထည့်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ပစ္စည်းများကို ထို category များသို့ အလိုအလျောက် မချိတ်ဆက်ပါ။

ပစ္စည်းအများအပြားထည့်မယ်

Products → Add Multiple Products → Fill Form သို့မဟုတ် Paste Table → Validate → Review → Save All အတိုင်းလုပ်ပါ။ ပြထားတဲ့ တက်ဘ်ခွဲကော်လံကိုးခု Name၊ Unit၊ Opening Stock၊ Cost၊ Selling Price၊ Category၊ Date၊ Low Stock Level၊ Notes ကို သုံးပါ။ အများဆုံး ၂၅ အတန်းကို ပြန်စစ်သိမ်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အလွတ်အတန်းကို ကျော်ပြီး အချက်ပါသော်လည်း မပြည့်စုံတဲ့အတန်းကို ပြင်ရပါမယ်။ ရွေးချယ်နိုင်တဲ့ဂဏန်း အလွတ်က မသိသေးတာဖြစ်ပြီး ဖြည့်ထားတဲ့ သုညကို သုညအဖြစ်ထားပါတယ်။ Date အလွတ်က ပြထားတဲ့ ရန်ကုန်စတင်ရက်ကို ယူပါတယ်။ အတန်းမှာ ကိုယ်တိုင်ဖြည့်ထားတဲ့ရက်က shared date ပြောင်းလည်း မပြောင်းပါဘူး။ Category က လက်ရှိ active အမျိုးအစားဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ Save All တစ်ကြိမ်မှာ အားလုံးသိမ်းသွားမယ်၊ မအောင်မြင်ရင် တစ်ခုမှမသိမ်းပါဘူး။ CSV/XLSX ဖိုင်တင်ခြင်း မပါပါဘူး။

Active နဲ့ archive ပစ္စည်းများ

Active/archived စစ်ထုတ်မှုနဲ့ ပစ္စည်းကို ရှာပါ။ Archive က အသစ်မှတ်တမ်းထည့်ရာ ရွေးစရာထဲမှ ဖယ်ပေးပြီး မှတ်တမ်းဟောင်းကို ထိန်းထားပါတယ်။ ခွင့်ပြုထားတဲ့ပြန်အပ်မှုက archive ပစ္စည်းရဲ့ လက်ကျန်ကို ပြန်တိုးပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Details နဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်မှုကို စစ်ပါ။ Archive လုပ်တာ မှတ်တမ်းဖျက်တာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

Inventory နှင့် Stock

Inventory တွင် Product၊ Category၊ Current Stock၊ Unit၊ Stock Status နှင့် သိထားသောလက်ကျန်တန်ဖိုးကို ထောက်ပံ့ထားသည့်အတိုင်း ပြပါသည်။ In Stock၊ Out of Stock သို့မဟုတ် Low Stock ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Low Stock Level ဖြည့်ထားသည့်ပစ္စည်းအတွက်သာ လက်ကျန်နည်းမှု သတ်မှတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

သိထားသောလက်ကျန်တန်ဖိုးသည် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်သိသော လက်ကျန်အတွက်သာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မသိသောကုန်ကျစရိတ်ကို သုညမတွက်ပါ။ Stock Actions မှ Stock In၊ Stock Out သို့မဟုတ် Adjust Stock ကို သုံးပါ။ Product Edit မှ လက်ရှိလက်ကျန်ကို တိုက်ရိုက် ရိုက်ပြောင်းခြင်း မလုပ်ပါ။

ကုန်အဝင်မှတ်မယ်

Inventory → ပစ္စည်း → Stock Actions → Stock In ကို ဖွင့်ပါ။ ဤလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်သည် အရောင်းမမှတ်ဘဲ stock တိုးပေးခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အရေအတွက်၊ ရက်စွဲနဲ့ သိရင် တစ်ယူနစ်ကုန်ကျစရိတ် ဖြည့်ပါ။ Review မှ လက်ကျန်ပြောင်းလဲမှုနဲ့ ဖြည့်ထားတဲ့ cost basis ကို ပြပါတယ်။ Cost အလွတ်က သုညမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ပြန်စစ်ပြီး အတည်ပြုသိမ်းပါ။ လက်ကျန်နဲ့ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်တွက်ချက်မှုကို Berry က လုပ်ပါတယ်။

ကုန်အထွက်မှတ်မယ်

အရောင်းမဟုတ်တဲ့ ကုန်ထုတ်မှုအတွက် Stock Out ကို သုံးပါ။ အရေအတွက်၊ ရက်စွဲနဲ့ မဖြစ်မနေအကြောင်းရင်း ဖြည့်ပါ။ အတည်မပြုမီ Review မှ ယူနစ်နဲ့ ကျန်လက်ကျန်ကို စစ်ပါ။ ဖောက်သည်အရောင်းမှတ်ဖို့ New Sale ကို သုံးပါ။ Stock Out တစ်ခုတည်းက ရောင်းရငွေ မဖန်တီးပါဘူး။

လက်ကျန်ညှိမယ်

Adjust Stock က မှတ်တမ်းလက်ကျန်နဲ့ ဖြည့်ထားတဲ့ အမှန်အရေအတွက်ကြား ကွာခြားချက်ကို မှတ်ပါတယ်။ ရက်စွဲနဲ့ အကြောင်းရင်းဖြည့်ပြီး တိုး/လျော့ ကွာခြားချက်နဲ့ ရလာမယ့်လက်ကျန်ကို ပြန်စစ်ပါ။ ဒါက မှတ်တမ်းတင်တဲ့လက်ကျန်လှုပ်ရှားမှု ဖြစ်ပြီး အရင် History ကို ဖျောက်တာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

Customer များ

Home → Add Customer သို့မဟုတ် Customers → Add Customer မှ ဖောင်ကို ဖွင့်ပါ။ Name မဖြစ်မနေလိုပါသည်။ Phone၊ Email၊ Location / Address နှင့် Notes ကို မဖြည့်လည်းရပြီး Notes တွင် စာလုံး ၂,၀၀၀ အထိ ထည့်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Customer ၏ contact email သည် Berry အကောင့်ဝင်ရန် email ဖြစ်မလာပါ။

Customers တွင် ရှာဖွေ၊ Details ကြည့်၊ ခွင့်ပြုထားသည့်အချက်အလက်ပြင်ပြီး ဆက်စပ် History သို့မဟုတ် အရောင်းနှင့် ပြန်အပ်မှုကို ကြည့်နိုင်ပါသည်။ လုပ်ဆောင်ခွင့်ရှိသော Archive က မှတ်တမ်းဟောင်းကို ထိန်းထားပါသည်။ Customer Group / Type မပါဝင်သေးပါ။

အရောင်းအသစ်မှတ်မယ်

Home သို့မဟုတ် မိုဘိုင်းရှိ Sell မှ New Sale ကို ဖွင့်ပါ။ ပစ္စည်းရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ category စစ်ထုတ်ခြင်းဖြင့် မတူသောပစ္စည်း ၁ မှ ၅၀ အထိ ထည့်နိုင်ပါသည်။ တစ်ခုချင်း အရေအတွက်နှင့် ရောင်းဈေးဖြည့်ပြီး မသိမ်းမီ မူကြမ်းအတန်းများကို ပြင်နိုင်၊ ဖယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Customer ရွေးနိုင်သလို Walk-in အဖြစ် ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။ အရောင်းတစ်ခုလုံးအတွက် ရက်စွဲတစ်ခုတည်း သုံးပါသည်။

Payment Method ကို မရွေးလည်းရပါသည်။ Cash၊ KBZPay၊ WavePay၊ Bank Transfer သို့မဟုတ် Other ကို ရွေးနိုင်ပါသည်။ ဤအချက်သည် မိမိမှတ်သားထားသော ငွေပေးနည်းသာဖြစ်ပြီး ငွေရရှိပြီးကြောင်း အထောက်အထား မဟုတ်ပါ။ ဤအကွက်မှ ငွေကောက်ခံပေးခြင်း မရှိပါ။

ပစ္စည်း၊ အရေအတွက်၊ ယူနစ်၊ ရောင်းဈေး၊ customer၊ ရက်စွဲ၊ ငွေပေးနည်း၊ စုစုပေါင်းငွေနှင့် လက်ကျန်ပြောင်းလဲမှုကို ပြန်စစ်ပါ။ သိမ်းလျှင် ပြေစာတစ်ခုအဖြစ် အရောင်းအတန်းအားလုံးကို တစ်ခါတည်း မှတ်ပါသည်။ အချက်အလက်မမှန်လျှင် အချို့အတန်းများကိုသာ တိတ်တဆိတ် သိမ်းခြင်း မရှိပါ။

ပြေစာနဲ့ သိမ်းထားတဲ့အမှတ်

သိမ်းပြီးတဲ့အရောင်းမှာ သတ်မှတ်အမှတ်နဲ့ ပစ္စည်းတစ်ကြောင်းချင်းပါဝင်တဲ့ ပြေစာတစ်ခု ရပါတယ်။ History မှ ဖွင့်ပြီး မူလအရောင်းနဲ့ နောက်ဆက်တွဲမှတ်တမ်းကို စစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ပြေစာပြတာ သိမ်းပြီးတဲ့ရလဒ်အထောက်အထား ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Loading ဖြစ်တာ သို့မဟုတ် ကွန်ရက်အဖြေပျောက်တာက မသိမ်းရသေးဘူးဆိုတဲ့ အထောက်အထား မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ရလဒ်သေချာမသိမချင်း လက်ရှိလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ကို ထိန်းထားပါ။

History

History တွင် အရောင်း၊ အရောင်းပြန်အပ်၊ Stock In၊ Stock Out၊ Stock Adjustments၊ ပြင်ဆင်မှုနှင့် ပယ်ဖျက်ထားသောအရောင်းများ ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ ထောက်ပံ့ထားသော အမျိုးအစား၊ အခြေအနေနှင့် ရက်စွဲအလိုက် ရှာဖွေ၊ စစ်ထုတ်ပြီး Details ကို ဖွင့်ပါ။

ပစ္စည်းစုံအရောင်းတစ်ခုသည် ပြေစာတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ဆက်ရှိပြီး မူလပစ္စည်းအတန်းတစ်ခုချင်းကို ခွဲသိနိုင်ပါသည်။ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြန်လှန်ခြင်းတို့၏ မှတ်တမ်းကို ထိန်းထားပါသည်။ ပုံမှန်ပြင်ဆင်၊ ပြန်အပ်၊ Void လုပ်ခြင်းက မူလ History ကို တိတ်တဆိတ် မဖျက်ပါ။ Reset Business Data သည် သီးခြားအပြီးဖယ်ရှားသော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

အရောင်းပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း

History → လုပ်ဆောင်ခွင့်ရှိသောမှတ်တမ်း → Edit / Correct Record မှ အရေအတွက်၊ ရောင်းဈေး သို့မဟုတ် transaction date ကို ခွင့်ပြုထားသည့်အတိုင်း ပြင်နိုင်ပါသည်။ မှတ်တမ်းတိုင်းတွင် ပြင်ဆင်မှုအားလုံး လုပ်နိုင်ခြင်း မရှိပါ။

ပြင်လိုသည့်အချက်နှင့် လိုအပ်သောအကြောင်းရင်းကို ဖြည့်ပါ။ ငွေပမာဏနှင့် လက်ကျန်ပြောင်းလဲမှုကို ပြန်စစ်ပြီး သိမ်းပါ။ မသိမ်းမီ Berry က ဆက်စပ်မှတ်တမ်းနှင့် လက်ရှိအခြေအနေကို ထပ်စစ်ပါသည်။ မူလမှတ်တမ်းနှင့် ပြင်ဆင်မှုကို ပြန်လည်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ပါသည်။

အရောင်းပြန်အပ်နဲ့ ပြန်အပ်ရက်

History မှ ခွင့်ပြုထားတဲ့ပြေစာကို ဖွင့်ပြီး Sales Return ကို ရွေးပါ။ ကျန်ပြန်အပ်နိုင်တဲ့အရေအတွက်အတွင်း ပစ္စည်းနဲ့ အရေအတွက်ရွေးပြီး အကြောင်းရင်းဖြည့်ပါ။ Return Transaction Date မဖြစ်မနေလိုပြီး ရန်ကုန်ယနေ့ရက်ကို စတင်ပြထားပါတယ်။ Review မလုပ်မီ ပြင်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ တစ်ခါတည်းပြန်အပ်မယ့်အစုမှာ ရက်တစ်ခုတည်း သုံးပါတယ်။ Review မှ မူလပြေစာ၊ အရေအတွက်/ယူနစ်၊ မူလဈေးအရ ပြန်အပ်ငွေ၊ ပြန်တိုးမယ့်လက်ကျန်၊ ပြန်အပ်ရက်နဲ့ အကြောင်းရင်းကို ပြပါတယ်။ မူလအရောင်းရက် မပြောင်းပါဘူး။ History နဲ့ Reports မှ ပြန်အပ်မှုကို ပြန်အပ်ရက်မှာ ပြပါတယ်။ သီးခြားတစ်ကြိမ်စီပြန်အပ်ရင် ရက်မတူနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Void Sale

History → လုပ်ဆောင်ခွင့်ရှိသောပြေစာ → Void Sale က ပြေစာတစ်ခုလုံး၏ လက်ရှိအရောင်းနှင့် ဆက်စပ်လက်ကျန်အကျိုးဆက်ကို ပြန်လှန်ပေးပါသည်။ အကြောင်းရင်းဖြည့်ပြီး ပြန်စစ်ရန်လိုပါသည်။ ပစ္စည်းအတန်းအချို့ကိုသာ ဖျက်ခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။

ဆက်စပ် active ပြန်အပ်မှုရှိလျှင် Void Sale ကို တားနိုင်ပါသည်။ မသိမ်းမီ Berry က လုပ်ဆောင်ခွင့်ကို ထပ်စစ်ပါသည်။ ပြေစာနှင့် စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သော History ဆက်ရှိပြီး အရောင်းကို အပြီးဖျက်ခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။

လုပ်ငန်းရက်နဲ့ မသိတဲ့တန်ဖိုး

မူလလုပ်ငန်းရက်က browser အချိန်ဇုန်ကို မသုံးဘဲ Asia/Yangon ကို သုံးပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်တိုင်ဖြည့်ထားတဲ့ မှန်ကန်သောရက်ကို ဦးစားပေးပါတယ်။ လုပ်ငန်းရက်နဲ့ စာရင်းဖန်တီးချိန်က သီးခြားပါ။ Unknown က အချက်အလက်မရှိတာ သို့မဟုတ် မရနိုင်တာ ဖြစ်ပြီး သုညမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ သက်ဆိုင်ရာစာရင်းအရ သေချာမှ သုညပြပါတယ်။

Reports

Reports တွင် Sales၊ Inventory၊ ရွေးထားသောပစ္စည်း၏ Stock Movements နှင့် Customer လှုပ်ရှားမှုအကျဉ်းချုပ် ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ ထောက်ပံ့ထားသောအတိုင်းအတာနှင့် ရက်အပိုင်းအခြားကို ရွေးပါ။ Sales တွင် စုစုပေါင်းအရောင်း၊ ပြန်အပ်ငွေ၊ အသားတင်အရောင်း၊ ပြေစာအရေအတွက်၊ ပစ္စည်းအလိုက်အရောင်းနှင့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်သိသည့်အပိုင်း၏ gross profit၊ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်မသိသည့်အပိုင်းတို့ကို ပြနိုင်ပါသည်။ ပြန်အပ်မှုသည် ကိုယ်ပိုင်ရက်စွဲအတိုင်း ပါဝင်ပါသည်။

Known-cost gross profit သည် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်သိသော အရောင်းအပိုင်းအတွက်သာ တွက်ထားသည့် အမြတ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လုပ်ငန်း၏ စုစုပေါင်းအသားတင်အမြတ် မဟုတ်သလို အသုံးစရိတ်နှင့် အခွန်အားလုံး မပါဝင်ပါ။ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်မသိလျှင် မသိသည့်အတိုင်း ထားပါသည်။ အမြတ်ကို အဓိပ္ပာယ်ဖော်မီ သိထားသောအချက်အလက် အကျုံးဝင်မှုကို စစ်ပါ။

Inventory တွင် ထောက်ပံ့ထားသောအရေအတွက်၊ သိထားသောလက်ကျန်တန်ဖိုးနှင့် လက်ကျန်နည်းမှုကို ကြည့်နိုင်ပါသည်။ Stock Movements က ရွေးထားသောပစ္စည်းတစ်ခု၏ အဝင်အထွက်ကို ပြပါသည်။ Customer အကျဉ်းချုပ်တွင် အရောင်းနှင့် ပြန်အပ်မှု ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ Report မရခြင်းက သုညရလဒ် မဟုတ်ပါ။

Excel ထုတ်ယူခြင်း

Reports / Export မှ Sales / ပြေစာ၊ Inventory၊ Stock Movements နှင့် Customers အတွက် ထောက်ပံ့ထားသော XLSX ဖိုင်များ ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ မထုတ်မီ စစ်ထုတ်မှုနှင့် ရက်အပိုင်းအခြားကို စစ်ပါ။ မသိသောတန်ဖိုးကို သုညမဖြည့်ဘဲ အလွတ်ထားပါသည်။

Export သည် သိမ်းထားသောစာရင်းကို မပြောင်းလဲဘဲ မိတ္တူထုတ်ပေးပါသည်။ “Export created; download started” သည် ဖိုင်ဖန်တီးပြီး ဒေါင်းလုတ်စတင်ကြောင်းသာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ စက်ထဲသိမ်းပြီး၊ ဒေါင်းလုတ်ပြီး သို့မဟုတ် ဖွင့်ပြီးကြောင်း မဆိုလိုပါ။ ထုတ်ယူထားသော လုပ်ငန်းအချက်အလက်ကို သင့်လျော်စွာ ကာကွယ်ထားပါ။

Global Find

လုပ်ငန်းစာရင်း ပြန်စမယ်

Account → Danger Zone → Reset Business Data ကို ပိုင်ရှင်က စတင်လုပ်ဆောင်ပြီး အပြီးဖျက်တာပါ။ Undo မရှိပါဘူး။ လက်ရှိလုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ ပစ္စည်း/အမျိုးအစား၊ ဖောက်သည်၊ အရောင်း/ပြေစာ/ပြန်အပ်၊ ကုန်လှုပ်ရှားမှု/ညှိမှု၊ ပြင်ဆင်မှု/ပယ်ဖျက်မှုနဲ့ ပုံမှန် History/Report မူရင်းစာရင်းကို ဖယ်ရှားပါတယ်။ Active နှင့် archive ပစ္စည်း/customer၊ inventory နှင့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်မှတ်တမ်း၊ ပထမဆုံးအသုံးပြုမှုအခြေအနေတို့လည်း ပါဝင်ပါသည်။ လက်ရှိစကားဝှက်နဲ့ လက်ရှိ Business Name အတိအကျဖြင့် အတည်ပြုရပါတယ်။ သိမ်းနေဆဲ သို့မဟုတ် ရလဒ်မသေချာသေးတဲ့အလုပ်ရှိရင် Reset ကို တားနိုင်လို့ အဲဒီရလဒ်ကို အရင်ဖြေရှင်းပါ။

Reset ပြီးလည်း အကောင့်နှင့် လုပ်ငန်း၊ Display Name၊ Business Name၊ plan/access၊ Berry Tokens နှင့် သက်တမ်းစည်းမျဉ်း၊ ငွေပေးချေမှုနှင့် ဝယ်ယူမှု၊ Support၊ အကောင့်နှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအသိပေးချက်၊ လုံခြုံရေးမှတ်တမ်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Founder ခွင့် ဆက်ရှိပါသည်။ အကောင့်အသစ် မဖန်တီးပါ။

အတည်ပြုပြီးနောက် Business Luna က လက်ရှိလုပ်ငန်းအကြောင်းအရာအသစ် စပါသည်။ ယခင် Business စကားဝိုင်းအကြောင်းအရာကို လက်ရှိအဖြစ် မသုံးတော့ပါ။ စက်တိုင်းမှ ဖျက်ပေးမည့်အာမခံ မဟုတ်ပါ။ Founder Control နှင့် Personal မှတ်တမ်းများ ဆက်ရှိပါသည်။ Reset သည် အကောင့်ဖျက်ခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။
